Trail Firefighters Local 941 — annual organizers of the Silver City Days parade — is asking for more entrants to the Saturday (May 11) feature.

Interested in being part of this fun parade, a highlight during City of Trail celebrations?

“We would appreciate hearing from you as soon as possible to allow us time to set the parade lineup,” says Luke Russell, Trail Firefighters Local 941.

“Last year we had 65 entries and this year we are really hoping to surpass that number”.

If anyone is interested in joining the parade they can do so through the City of Trail Website or stop by the fire hall for a paper copy.

Marshalling will start at 9am on Casino Road, past the old Trail bridge.

Roads will be blocked off after 10:15 a.m., so Russell asks entrants to arrive on time.

The parade starts at 11 a.m.

Anyone interested in joining the parade they can do so through the City of Trail website, or by dropping in to the fire hall for a paper copy.
