In the wee hours of Friday, April 26, the Trail detachment received a call about three vehicles that were vandalized in the 100 block of Reservoir Road.
An unknown suspect had scratched words and letters into the paint of the vehicles.
One of the vandalism incidents is suspected to have occurred in March.
The Trail RCMP is asking for tips from witnesses and any video surveillance taken in the area when the vandalism occurred.
Anyone with information and video is encouraged to contact the Trail detachment at 250.364.2566 to speak to an investigator.
“We urge the residents in this neighbourhood to be vigilant and report on any suspicious activity,” advises Sgt. Mike Wicentowich, Trail RCMP detachment commander.
